Adam Hillman Hired at Parkhill

Parkhill is pleased to announce the key addition of Adam Hillman, AIA, NCARB, PMP, LEED AP BD+C as Senior Practice Leader for Healthcare. Adam joins the multidisciplinary engineering and architecture firm with 15 years of experience in healthcare architecture in both for-profit and nonprofit health systems nationwide. As a member of Parkhill, Adam will focus on business development and market growth in the North Texas region. Adam will also be concentrating on firmwide strategies to better serve clients and further Parkhill’s mission of Building Community. Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. He also received a project management certification from Southern Methodist University and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute. He currently resides in Fort Worth and will work out of Parkhill’s North Texas offices located in Arlington and Frisco.

Ryan Noyce Professionally Recognized at SouthStar Bank

Ryan Noyce was recently named Regional Executive of SouthStar Bank’s Urban South region. Noyce joined the SouthStar Bank team in 2017 as a Senior Vice President of Lending. Since being promoted to his current role, Ryan has been responsible for leading and developing the Urban South lending team, which includes Kerrville, Southwest Austin, Bee Cave, and Steiner Ranch. Krystyn Haecker Promoted to Principal at Mirador Group

Mirador Group has promoted Krystyn Haecker, AIA to Principal. Haecker joined Mirador Group in 2013, during which time she has managed multifamily and mixed-use projects from programming through construction, including Giorgetti Houston, The Sophie at Bayou Bend, Riva at the Park, Bell Heights and The Westmore. Haecker served as AIA Houston Women in Architecture Committee Chair in 2018 and served as the Texas Society of Architects Vice President of Professional Development in 2021-2022.

JPMorgan Chase Tower signs 150,000 square feet in lease expansions

Hines and Cerberus Capital Management, global real estate firms, recently announced a total of 152,946 square feet of lease expansions at JPMorgan Chase Tower, an iconic 75-floor, 1.65 million-square-foot office tower located at 600 Travis Street in Houston, Texas. The building is currently 84% occupied.

The tenant expansions include:

  • JPMorgan Chase Bank: expanded to 315,430 square feet from 255,886
  • KKR: expanded to 52,534 square feet from 23,291 and was represented by Jon Lee, CBRE
  • Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, LLP: expanded to 45,125 square feet from 22,082, extended the lease term, and was represented by Lesa Nickelson French, Savills
  • M6 Midstream: expanded to 34,673 square feet from 22,575, extended the lease term, and was represented by Mark Russell, Newmark
  • J.B. Poindexter & Co: expanded to 26,484 square feet from 15,892, extended the lease term. and was represented by David Bale, JLL
  • Proman USA: expanded to 22,008 square feet from 13,673, extended the lease term and was represented by Bill Boyer, CBRE

JPMorgan Chase Tower, Texas’ tallest office tower, was designed by renowned architect I.M. Pei.
