Truck manufacturer to build its latest facility in McKinney with city help

Truck manufacturer PACCAR Inc. (Nasdaq: PCAR) — a Fortune 500 company — has decided to put its next new manufacturing facility for one of its divisions in McKinney, with the deal slated to become finalized in the next few weeks.

The McKinney Economic Development Corp. has reached an agreement to give PACCAR economic incentives for the deal, which is valued at over $20 million.

American Airlines details plans for 1.8M SF campus in Fort Worth

Airline giant American Airlines Group Inc. (Nasdaq: AAL) has brought in a development team to begin construction on a new 1.8 million-square-foot headquarters on its nearly 300-acre corporate campus in Fort Worth.

Construction has begun on the tract west of Texas State Highway 360 between Highway 183 and Trinity Boulevard for a new five-building corporate campus — which will be named after retired chairman and CEO Robert L. Crandall — on the airline-leased acreage in Fort Worth

Trammell Crow Co. venture begins next 1.6M SF phase of Fort Worth industrial park

Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co., a subsidiary of Los Angeles-based CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBG), in a joint venture with PGIM Real Estate, has begun the next phase of its 35-Eagle industrial park in Fort Worth.

This next phase will bring 1.6 million square feet of industrial space to North Texas.

Development group brings $6B Walsh project to Fort Worth’s Sundance Square

The development group behind the new $6 billion, 7,200-acre Walsh master-planned community in Fort Worth has opened a pop-up storefront in Fort Worth’s Sundance Square to temporarily serve as the neighborhood hub for the project.

The store will showcase Walsh’s initial development phase, which includes the construction of several model homes, at the development site near where Interstate 20 and I-30 merge, which sits 12 minutes west of the city’s central business district.
