Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co., a subsidiary of Los Angeles-based CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBG), in a joint venture with PGIM Real Estate, has begun the next phase of its 35-Eagle industrial park in Fort Worth.

This next phase will bring 1.6 million square feet of industrial space to North Texas.
