John was previously with Wingert Real Estate before joining Capstone Commercial in May 2021. He began his real estate career with Hartman Income REIT. John consistently earned sales recognition awards at Wingert as a top producer, and at Hartman Income REIT not only as top producer but first to head up leasing of all retail assets in the DFW area.

John has a great deal of experience in the industrial, office, and retail sectors. He also has a strong 20-plus year business background including ownership, which gives him a boost in helping business owners overcome the challenges that they face on a day-to-day basis.

It’s hard to catch john not working on a real estate deal, but if you happen to, he will probably be at Lake Texoma enjoying time with his family.
