Eric Schaison joins The Retail Connectoin as our new Associate in the Real Estate Investments department. Before TRC, Eric was a financial analyst at CBRE, where he handled financial forecasts, data analytics, and Power BI Point of Contact for the Real Estate Investment arm of the company (CBRE IM and Trammell Crow). He also assisted on capital allocation, the development of dashboards, and data simplification projects. Before CBRE, Eric was an intern Real Estate Analyst at AG Hill Partners, where he was responsible for the underwriting of multiple assets (multifamily, retail, hotel, and senior living), including the acquisition of a luxury retail center “Phillips Place” in Charlotte, NC where he focused his efforts in adding luxury tenants to the center and create value for sale. He was also involved in overseeing the current portfolio and sourcing potential investments. Eric went to SMU in Dallas, TX, and graduated with a Finance degree and a Concentration in Real Estate. While at SMU, he was a Phi Gamma Delta fraternity member. He’s an active member of the Real Estate Club, where he was one of the four students selected to travel to Philadelphia to participate in the Villanova Mulroy Real Estate Development Challenge featuring 30 other schools.
