Cushman & Wakefield Rounds Out Texas Multifamily Expansion with Addition of Experienced Trio in Houston

HOUSTON, January 30, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has hired Jennifer Campbell, Joshua Hoffman, and Avery Klatt to join the firm’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group. 

Led by Campbell, the team will be responsible for Class A and B multifamily investment sales throughout the Houston metro area. Campbell, Hoffman, and Klatt will be based in the firm’s Houston office serving as Executive Managing Director, Senior Director, and Director, respectively.

Campbell comes from Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) where she led the company’s multifamily efforts for the Houston market and during her career has closed more than $5 billion in sales, representing over 30,000 units in multifamily transactions across the state of Texas. Prior to that, Campbell worked for a Houston boutique firm specializing in multifamily transactions. She currently is active with Urban Land Institute and is pursuing herCertified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. 

Colleagues Hoffman and Klatt also come from IPA and have prior experience with the Houston multifamily market. In his prior role Hoffman oversaw the execution of $1.5 billion in multifamily sales totaling 5,000 units. He entered the commercial real estate industry in 2020 after a 15-year career in hospitality where he ran programs for notable companies such as MGM Resorts International, Morimoto Group, and most recently opened the Greystone Hotel in South Beach Miami.Meanwhile, Klatt represented $750 million in sales for various multifamily investment opportunities. She also recently received a certificate in Real Estate Investment and Development from Rice Business’ Jones Graduate School of Business.
