Beltway 8 and Bissonnet: Matt Herring, Harrison Kane, Chris Hutcheson and James Kadlick of Rockspring Properties represented the owners of 2.5 acres on the north side of Bissonnet for Sunoco Retail LLC. The buyer is a fuel station developer is planning to build a new C-store/gas station and Sunoco will be the fuel supplier.
