James Kadlick of Rockspring Properties represented the seller of 165 acres of land on FM 2854 in Montgomery County. The site is across the street from Lone Star Elementary.  The buyer,  Treaty Oak Development, was represented by Harrison Kane of Rockspring Properties. Treaty Oak Development plans to develop a single-family home community on the site.
