Urban Logistics Realty plans second Major Industrial Development for Dallas-Fort Worth Metro

Urban Logistics Realty (ULR), a Dallas-based investment firm focused on acquisitions and developments, announced the acquisition of 22 acres of land in the city of Euless, Texas to build its second industrial development in Dallas/Fort Worth called Urban District 183 (UD183). The development is an infill, 367,000-square-foot, three-building project located at the northwest corner of Pipeline Road and Industrial Boulevard. The project is slated to break ground in May 2021. Located on the site of the former Cooper’s Driving Range, UD183 will include a 100,000-square-foot rear-load building, a 191,000-square-foot front-load building and a 75,000-square-foot side-load building. ULR recently delivered a nearly 1 million square foot industrial park known as Urban District 30 (UD30) in Mesquite. That project consisted of five-buildings fronting Interstate 30 and was 40 percent preleased at the time of delivery. ULR’s tremendous success with UD30 is attributed to their unique ability to proactively understand what tenants require and thus build a well located, state-of-the-art facility to meet those demands. Jason Nunley, Adam Herrin and Drew Feagin with Urban Logistics Realty will oversee the development of the project with the leasing and marketing assistance of Davis, Forrest Cook, Vice President, and Charles Brewer, Senior Associate, with Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services company based in Dallas.
