Pho Duc Vietnamese Restaurant leased a 2,573 square feet space at Lake Prairie Towne Crossing at SEQ Camp Wisdom Road & Highway 360 in Grand Prairie. The Retail Connection’s David Levinson and Rachel Woodman represented the landlord in negotiating the lease along with Michelle Lee with Quine and Associates who represents the tenant.
