Dougherty Mortgage recently closed a $4.6 million Fannie Mae Supplemental loan for Sierra Vista Apartments, a 224-unit multifamily affordable housing property located in Dallas, Texas.  Sierra Vista offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, laundry facilities, a playground, a swimming pool, and a soccer field.  The 9.2-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower SevenSeas Holdings IV, LLC.
