An office building at 1401 Enclave Parkway in Houston’s Energy Corridor will undergo a renovation that includes adding a conference center and fitness facility. 

The project is scheduled to begin this month and be complete in March, according to a press release from JLL, which manages the property. 

Houston-based firms Ziegler Cooper Architects and Trademark HITT are the design-build team renovating the 209,000-square-foot building, which sits on 7 acres in Enclave Corporate Park.
