The listing of a LEED Gold office tower in downtown Houston caps off a busy year for the city’s investment market.
1001 McKinney, a 373,000-square-foot office tower, will hit the market in mid-January, HFF’s Danny Miller told the Houston Business Journal. Miller, Marty Hogan and Johnny Kight are marketing the building on behalf of the owner. Houston-based Cameron Management and New York-based Silverpeak Real Estate Partners own the building.
Since HFF announced that the property would be hitting the market, Miller said he’s received calls from in-state and out-of-state investors.
