A growing North Texas-based energy firm with holdings in the Midland Basin has decided to relocate its corporate office in Irving to accommodate its expanding footprint in the Lone Star state.
Guidon Energy LLC, an oil and gas company founded in the Midland Basin, has signed a long-term lease totaling 22,360 square feet to occupy the entire 13th floor at The Summit at Las Colinas at 545 E. John Carpenter Freeway in Irving.
The Irving office tower’s quality and amenities fit the needs of the firm, which plans to continue to expand its business and employee base, said President and CEO Jay Still.
