Hotel Indigo, a boutique brand within InterContinental Hotels Group (NYSE: IHG), is the latest addition announced for Grace Community Church’s mixed-use development called Cathedral Lakes.

The midrise hotel, operated by Suryam Hospitality, is expected to start construction in December and be open for business by the first quarter of 2019, according to a press release.

Some features of the hotel will include murals and other art, an on-site bar and restaurant with locally inspired menu and traditional favorites, neighborhood guides, spa-inspired bathrooms and showers, modern guest rooms, and open public spaces.
