New York-based Lazard Financial Advisory is consolidating its Houston office into one floor in a downtown Houston skyscraper.

Gallant Builders LLC filed a $2.3 million permit with the city of Houston to build out space on the 33rd floor of 600 Travis St., according to a filing.

The company, which is a financial adviser as well as an asset manager, currently occupies half of floors 22 and 23 in the same building, a company spokesperson said, and is now under a new lease for the 33rd floor.
