In one of the city’s most land-constrained submarkets, one real estate investment trust is developing a partly speculative industrial park on 35 acres just off State Highway 225.

Denver-based DCT Industrial Trust Inc. (NYSE: DCT) will soon break ground on DCT PetroPort Industrial Park, a two-building, 252,000-square-foot industrial park that’ll be located near Highway 225 off Sens Road, DCT’s Justin Bennett told the Houston Business Journal.
