If one Houston brokerage has its way, a new hotel will rise on a beachfront tract of land in Galveston.

Brockway Realty is marketing 45 acres on FM 3005 before 8 Mile, James Brockway told the Houston Business Journal. The brokerage has made contact with every major hotel group in the United States, Brockway said, and is also targeting condo and timeshare developers, Brockway said.
