The Esperson office complex — an iconic and historic downtown property — is for sale.

HFF, led by Danny Miller, Martin Hogan and Susan Hill, is marketing the property for the owners, Houston-based Cameron Management and Contrarian Capital of Greenwich, Connecticut, according to HFF’s website.
