Hines’ 609 Main, the 1,050,000-square-foot tower in downtown Houston, is set to have its first tenant move in soon: Hines.

The Houston-based developer’s U.S. Southwest Region office, which currently occupies 24,494 square feet at 811 Main in BG Group Place, will relocate to roughly 28,000 square feet in 609 Main on April 22, a Hines spokesperson told the Houston Business Journal. Hines will move onto the 44th floor of 609 Main.
