Lincoln Property Co. in partnership with Goldman Sachs & Co. has purchased the Chase Tower in downtown Austin.

The 21-story office tower at 221 W. Sixth St. houses a wide variety of tenants, including JPMorgan Chase Bank and Stantec, formerly Bury engineering and design services. The Headliners Club — a private dining and events venue — occupies the top floor.
