Valerus Field Solutions, a division of Montreal-based engineering and construction firm SNC-Lavalin, has signed a 10-year lease at the former BAE facility in Sealy, TX in an effort to consolidate operations.

The company leased 396,880 square feet of the 928,035-square-foot facility, located at 5000 I-10 in the Austin County Industrial submarket of Houston. The property is also listed for sale with Cushman & Wakefield, according to CoStar information.

Valerus Field Solutions provides oil and gas handling equipment, operations and services, specializing in wellhead production, compression, processing and treating. Multiple locations across Texas and Louisiana will consolidate to the facility.

The Parker/Littman Team at Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, Five Star Properties, while Kelley of Savills Studley and Jim Stark of CBRE represented Valerus.
