A Midwest-based real estate investment company made its first purchase in a hot submarket of Houston.
Ohio-based Rotunda Medical Properties LP, a subsidiary of Woodside Health/Crescendo Commercial Realty, purchased the 52,000-square-foot Rotunda Building at 5819 Highway 6 in Sugar Land, according to a release from Seattle-based Colliers International, which represented the seller.
