Mac Haik Realty and MH Hospitality have broken ground on a 16 level, 208-room Embassy Suites Hotel, to be completed by August 2017.  The new hotel will be located at the southwest Intersection of Park 10 Blvd and Interstate 10, at 16435 Katy Freeway, immediately across from the Park 10 mixed-use development.  The new hotel will serve the Energy Corridor, as well as the Katy area of West Houston.
