$1.6B Wade Park development in Frisco lands two national retailers

The $1.6 billion, 175-acre Wade Park — a proposed mixed-use development underway within Frisco’s $5 billion mile — has signed two national retailers, which could bring some new shopping destinations to the city.

Anthropologie and Free People has signed two large leases within Wade Park on some prominent corners of the project, which is being developed by Atlanta-based Thomas Land & Development.

Thomas Land CEO Stan Thomas said Wade Park will be North Texas’ new destination for a fashion and soft goods retail shops, with complementary dining and entertainment options.
