Target to Anchor Kimco Realty’s 450,000-SF Retail Project in Spring

Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM) has secured an anchor tenant for the company’s new 450,000-square-foot open air shopping center slated to break ground this summer at the Grand Pky. and Kuykendahl Rd. interchange in Spring, TX.

Target Corp. acquired a 9.2-acre site for the development of a new store within Grand Parkway Marketplace, a ground-up project currently 75% preleased – based on leases in progress and signed letters of intent.

Grand Parkway Marketplace will be developed neat the Exxon Corporate Campus and is expected to draw from The Woodlands area, which features a population of 168,000 people and an average household income of more than $100,000 within a five-mile radius.

Grand Parkway Marketplace is scheduled to open spring 2017.
