Kevin Huang joined Pagewood as an Investment Analyst focusing on market research and investment analysis, specifically in acquisitions and development across all product types. In his role, he will provide analytical support that will contribute to underwriting new investment opportunities, forecasting critical market trends, and advancing Pagewood’s proprietary data science platform.

Prior to joining Pagewood, Kevin was an analyst with CBRE’s Capital Markets division in Houston. During his tenure, he was responsible for capitalizing the fastest-growing asset management portfolio while delivering multifamily debt products and solutions to clients in the major metro areas around the country. With previous experience in corporate finance and customer service, he will support investment management activities within Pagewood’s portfolio.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in quantitative economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. In his free time, he enjoys playing Chopin to his teacup Malteses and Yorkies, Beaux, Percy, Lola, and Loui.
