David brings over a decade of experience working in operations and business development within the construction industry in Houston. He will be responsible for strengthening relationships, overseeing new business acquisitions, and strategic account management. Manhattan’s award-winning portfolio of work includes aviation/aerospace, corporate, mission-critical, sports, healthcare, government, education, transportation, convention, and hospitality facilities. David earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Texas Tech University and a master’s in space architecture from the University of Houston. He is involved in many professional and philanthropic organizations including serving on the National Board of Directors of the Texas Tech Alumni Association.

Stephen Schwind, PE has been named Chief Operating Officer – Civil/Survey. Mr. Schwind brings over 17 years of design and management experience to his new role at RLG. Mr. Schwind’s unmatched qualifications include the design, management, coordination, and preparation of plans and specifications for the development of municipal and commercial projects. In addition, his expertise in project management, team leadership, and problem solving will be invaluable as RLG continues to grow and expand.

Jeremy Winkler, CPA, has more than 10 years of public accounting experience completing and supervising audits of investment companies including hedge funds; private equity, real estate and venture capital funds; and fund of funds. Jeremy has experience researching complex topics unique to investment companies such as valuation issues and complex capital structures. Jeremy is an active member of the AICPA and the TXCPA.
