Zach Springer hired at RPM Living

RPM Living, a full-service multifamily management and investment company, is adding to its bench strength with the addition of Zach Springer as Partner and Managing Director of Capital Markets. On the heels of the company’s most active investment year – closing 18 transactions for over $1B in value in four states – Springer is poised to oversee equity/debt for RPM at a national level. Springer will elevate RPM’s equity sourcing capabilities and continue to expand the institutional investor base by leveraging RPM’s data, geographical footprint, and exceptional investment track record.

Prior to joining RPM, Springer was Vice Chairman at Newmark, where he was directly involved in over $10B in multifamily transactions across all classes of multifamily properties. He helped lead (along with his partners) the Newmark Houston office to a No. 1 ranking in market share/transaction volume for the last eight years and No. 1 in the nation in 2021 among all multifamily brokerage shops.

Houston’s Telios names new vice president

Houston-based Telios, a building systems engineering and consulting firm, has promoted Brian Hancock to vice president.

Since 2018, Hancock has led the Telios Houston technology team. He has more than 25 years of experience in technology strategic planning and design for security, audio/visual, nurse call, wireless and wired cabling and other complex technology environments.

With degrees in Engineering Management (MS) and Computer Engineering (BS) from the University of Kansas, Hancock has worked across the US and internationally on a broad array of complex projects including military bases; embassies; industrial and manufacturing; universities; professional and university athletic facilities; multifamily, hospitality and mixed-use developments; data centers; life science and research labs; corporate headquarters and healthcare.

Known for his thoroughness, Hancock has a broad understanding of intelligent building systems, data center design and other advanced computing environments, and proactively addresses challenges commonly seen with complex technology and cross-trade coordination.  

Houston’s Angler Construction adds project manager

Chad Forman has been added to Houston, Texas-based Angler Construction‘s Vertical Construction team, serving as project manager.

Forman received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Tech University before entering the commercial real estate industry.  He brings over two decades of industry experience, primarily in corporate interiors and business development.

Colliers adds EVP to Dallas-Fort Worth office

Colliers has hired Randy Wood in its Dallas–Fort Worth office.

Wood joins Colliers as an Executive Vice President focusing on industrial services for Agency Leasing.

With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate with top-tier clients, Wood brings extensive knowledge to Colliers. His primary focus is agency leasing for institutional clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Houston’s Roadrunner Moving and Storage names director

Kyle Freeman has been promoted to director of North America for Houston-based Roadrunner Moving and Storage.

Freeman has become one of the industry leaders in the logistics, relocation and CRE industry over the last decade across the country.

Working his way up from loading trucks to becoming the Director of North America has led him to being nominated for the prestigious Houston Business Journal “40 under 40” in previous years.

Freeman handles commercial and industrial projects across North America. In the 50-year history of the company, he still holds the record for largest single relocation and generates multimillion of dollars of business annually.

He is also a key component in identifying and developing new industrial properties for Roadrunner. With a current portfolio over 500,000 square feet and growing.
