Developer behind Toyota’s Plano campus to build out more of Legacy Business Park

Dallas-based development firm KDC — the developer of Toyota’s new North American campus in Plano — plans to develop more build-to-suit offices within Plano’s Legacy Business Park. KDC has teamed up with Gabriel Legacy, an investment firm, to develop an additional 53 acres for corporate real estate in the business park, which has garnered national attention.

Gaedeke Group has added a significant asset to its local portfolio with the acquisition of 17Seventeen, a 369,017-square-foot, 19-story high rise located at 1717 McKinney Ave. in the Uptown/Turtle Creek submarket of Dallas.

The first LEED Gold project in Dallas, 17Seventeen delivered in 2010 with features that include a one-acre amenity deck, a 1,096-space attached parking garage, views of Klyde Warren Park and the Arts District and its signature 22-story LED light panel.

De La Vega Group Acquires 90-Acre Presidio North Site, Plans 500,000-SF Mixed-Use Development
