Trademark closes on WestBend tract; bringing Ascension Coffee to Cowtown

 Dallas Business Journal Fort Worth-based developer Trademark Property Co. has formally closed on the acquisition of a 3.5-acre tract contiguous to its 278,000-square-foot WestBend mixed-use development along the Trinity River within Fort Worth’s University District.
