NAI Partners Announces Office Lease Transactions in Houston

NAI Partners—the commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company—recently arranged a 6,597-sq.-ft. office sublease to Anglia Homes LLP at 1575 Sawdust Rd in Houston, Texas.

Additionally, NAI Partners also recently arranged a 4,679-sq.-ft. office lease for I.S. Engineers at 7670 Woodway Dr. in Houston. NAI Partners’ Michael Mannella represented the tenant, I.S. Engineers, in the transaction at 7670 Woodway. The landlord, NW Crossing Management LLC was represented by Sam Hansen with Avison Young.

Joint Venture Acquires 351-Unit Apartment Complex in Spring, Texas

Commercial real estate firms Sunrise Capital, Zane Holdings and Goodegg Investments, announce the joint acquisition of Royal Spring located in Spring, Texas. The teams are led by David Davidenko and Julia Bykhovskaiaat Sunrise Capital, Iqbal (Ike) Mutabanna and Dustin Howard at Zane Holdings, and Julie Lam and Annie Dickerson at Goodegg Investments.

Legend Communities Taps NAN Properties Developer Services as The Residences at Tiki Island Exclusive Listing Agent

Texas-Based Developer Adds Villas to the Mix and Plans Summer 2022 Groundbreaking Austin, Texas—September 8, 2021. Texas-based Legend Communities, experts in managing waterfront property developments, today named NAN PropertiesDeveloper Services the exclusive listing agent for its approximately 70-unit condominium development, The Residences at Tiki Island.

The high-end mixed-use luxury project is located on Tiki Island near Galveston and will also include eight villas, a marina with a restaurant, and boathouse storage for over 200 boats.
