DALLAS (February 15, 2023) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce it has expanded its team in the Dallas office with the addition of Tyler Grisham who has been named Senior Vice President and Managing Principal and Maddox Graham who will serve as First Vice President.

Grisham is joining Managing Principal Ryan Johnson as Co-Market Leader for the Dallas office. Grisham brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience to SRS, specializing in tenant representation, working with both national and regional retail clients throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Grisham most recently served as a Principal with Edge Realty Partners, where he was consistently a top producer. He graduated from the Real Estate Program of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Grisham has been honored as a D CEO Power Broker each year from 2013 to 2022.

Graham joins SRS with a focus on tenant representation and land development throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Graham started his career working at Ashton Gray – a real estate developer in Oklahoma City – and was previously a Senior Associate at Edge Realty Partners. 

Graham holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.

DALLAS. February 13, 2023 – IPA Capital Markets (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), specializing in capital markets services for major private and institutional clients, announced the hiring of Adam Mengacci as Managing Director in its Dallas, Texas office.

     Mr. Mengacci brings nearly two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry to the IPA Capital Markets team. In his new role, he will be responsible for originating commercial debt and equity transactions across various property types, including  multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and build-to-rent. Mr. Mengacci will report to Sunny Sajnani, Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets.

     Prior to joining IPA, Mr. Mengacci served as Partner & Managing Director of Hamilton Realty Finance, a boutique real estate capital markets advisory firm in Dallas. Mr. Mengacci has also served as Vice President – Capital Markets, Finance at Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) where he executed in excess of $1.5 billion of debt, equity, and structured financing.

     Mr. Mengacci earned a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the state of Nevada. 

Sally Groda has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and currently leads the accounting team in their efforts and provides direction for all commercial real estate accounting activities for Worth & Associates. Sally leverages her experience in construction accounting and property management to bring a unique expertise to this role.
