She brings over 25 years of experience in municipal government and consulting at city, county, and regional levels. Her work has included the creation and management of special districts such as Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones and Municipal Management Districts across Texas. With a strong background in economic development, planning, and development finance, she has helped public and private clients craft innovative solutions and fund impactful projects.
