Robert Blount Returns to CBRE as a Vice Chairman in Dallas

Dallas – Feb. 2, 2022 – CBRE announced today that Robert Blount has returned to its Dallas-Fort Worth Advisory & Transaction Services team as a Vice Chairman. Mr. Blount will focus on representing office occupiers and offering strategic consulting services for his clients.

An 18-year industry veteran, Mr. Blount spent over 10 years at CBRE from 2008 to 2019 as a Senior Vice President before moving to JLL in 2019. His clients span a wide berth of industries, including financial services, legal and advertising. In 2022 alone, some of his largest deals included Bank OZK’s 110,000 sq. ft. anchor-tenant lease at 23Springs and TRG’s (formerly The Richards Group) 101,000 sq. ft. lease at The Stack in Deep Ellum.
