Outsourced Digital Services Firm TaskUs Solidifies its Commitment to Doing Business in New Braunfels
SAN ANTONIO—October 19, 2021. Worth & Associates, San Antonio’s premier commercial real estate developer, today announced it has renewed and expanded its lease agreement with outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience provider TaskUs to lease space in Worth’s Heritage Plaza business park at 1650 Independence Drive in New Braunfels. The TaskUs headquarters now occupies over 80,000 square feet in the project.

TaskUs will modify its third-floor Heritage Plaza space to include amenities such as a gaming lounge, complete with ping-pong table, pool table and video games; meditation room and lounge area to provide quiet spaces where employees can relax and refresh; and a break room with food options such as mini-markets, food vendors and food trucks on-site.
Heritage Plaza is a three-story, 105,000-square-foot Class A office building located at the corner of Loop 337 and Highway 46 in the vibrant northwest area of New Braunfels. Worth originally developed the property as a build-to-suit for The Scooter Store and continues to lease and manage it. Heritage Plaza is near numerous retail stores, restaurants, recreational outlets and hotels, and offers quick access to all areas of New Braunfels, as well as to IH-35. Only 17 miles northeast of San Antonio and 50 miles southwest of Austin, Heritage Plaza businesses can easily take advantage of the larger amenities the two cities have to offer while enjoying the comfortable lifestyle of New Braunfels.
Heritage Plaza is one of two projects totaling 192,109 square feet Worth has developed in New Braunfels. The other, Heritage Business Center, is a one-story, 87,109-square foot office building. Both buildings are now 100% leased. This past summer, Worth leased spaces in Heritage Business Center to four businesses — TriHydro Corporation, Pak Medical Group, Christus Santa Rosa Health System and Cantex Continuing Care Network.
