Partners Real Estate shares two promotions

Partners Real Estate has promoted top-performing industrial brokers Zane Carman and A.J. Williams to partner.

Mr. Carman joined Partners in 2018 and recorded his best year ever—closing over one million square feet of leasing transactions, and half a million square feet of sales in 2022. He has consistently been among Partners’ strongest performers, and cracked the company’s Top 10 Producers for 2022 in arguably the most competitive year the firm has ever had.

Mr. Williams also joined Partners in 2018 and quickly amassed an abundance of strong client relationships including a wide range of industrial development, manufacturing, and distribution companies. He closed out 2022 with more than one million square feet of sales and 800,000 square feet of lease transactions. Mr. Williams also ranked among Partners’ Top 10 Producers of 2022.

In addition to being one of the finalists for NAIOP’s 2022 Industrial Rising Star awards, Mr. Carman’s notable recent transactions include the sale of 63,000-square-foot building at 20807 Clay Center Drive, the sale of 47.20 acres of land located at 11022 Telephone Road and the lease of Cedar Crossing Building B, a 99,000-square-foot industrial property.

Mr. Williams’ notable recent transactions include the sale of 8700 Fairbanks North Houston, a 237,404-square-foot industrial warehouse on 88 acres of land, the lease of 7300 Thompson Road, a 277,377-square-foot distribution center and the sale of 4000-4001 Homestead Road, a 76,595-square-foot industrial facility on 10 acres of land.

Partners Real Estate, one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, arranged the sale of 2.09 acres of land located at 50 Tidwell Road in Houston, Texas.

Partners arranged the sale of 368 Acres of land located at N US Hwy 183 in Briggs, Texas.

Partners’ Aaron Gill and Todd Mahler represented the seller, Rex Douglas Michel, Jr. Substitute Trustee of The Wendell Rollins Hanson Trust, in the transaction.

Partners Real Estate recently arranged 56,970-square-foot lease for 2020 Exhibits located at 13615 S. Gessner Road in Missouri City, Texas.

Partners Real Estate hires major Alamo City dealmaker in San Antonio office

Partners Real Estate, one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas—and the company formerly known as NAI Partners—today announced that Eddie Kopplow, among the marquee names in San Antonio retail brokerage, has joined the firm as senior vice president, brokerage services in its San Antonio office.

Mr. Kopplow joins Partners from The Retail Connection, where he focused on tenant representation, project leasing, and the acquisition/disposition of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail assets. Some of Mr. Kopplow’s notable past clients include Lincoln Property Company, Retail Properties of America, Inc. Wells Fargo, and Worth & Associates. He has worked on some of San Antonio’s most recognizable shopping centers like San Pedro Crossing, Huebner Oaks, La Plaza Del Norte and Forum Crossing for which he was awarded by the SABJ as Best Retail Development.

Mr. Kopplow began his career at Kopplow Construction, a commercial general contractor in San Antonio, where he served as a project manager/estimator. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
