STRIVE arranges sale in Katy

STRIVE, a commercial real estate investment sales firm based in Dallas, recently announced the sale of Uncle Julio’s in Katy. The 10,299-square-foot restaurant was built in 2015.

Located on Katy Fwy, the restaurant is visible to over 216,600 vehicles per day with a surrounding average household income of $110,516. Surrounding national retailers include Sam’s Club, Best Buy, BJ’s Restaurant & Brew House, Olive Garden, The Home Depot, Ross, Conn’s, Target, Kohl’s, Petsmart, and many more.

Jackson Brewer and Jake Dutson of STRIVE exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer, both Houston area investors. Additional terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Graycor Construction helps bring Dick’s House of Sport to Houston

Graycor has completed the renovation of two DICK’S House of Sport and Golf Galaxy locations in Baybrook and Katy, Texas. These newly redeveloped retail spaces included interior and exterior updates.

Each newly renovated DICK’S House of Sport store totals about 100,000 square feet. The House of Sport store concept includes in-store experiences such as a climbing wall and multi-sport cage, while Golf Galaxy features golf simulation hitting bays and a putting green. The newly designed stores also feature new clerestory windows, allowing more natural light to filter in. Throughout the process of re-merchandising and reopening the stores, Graycor’s team remained actively involved.

Graycor Construction Company was the general contractor and Fox Design was the project architect for the two projects.

Partners Real Estate arranges sale of 100,060-square-foot JCPenney retail property in Katy

Partners Real Estate, one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, arranged the sale of a 100,060-square-foot JCPenney retail building located at 23523 Grand Circle Boulevard in Katy, Texas.

Partners’ Dimitri Jordan represented the buyer in the transaction.
