Elaine Hammett has been appointed Vice President of Operations and General Manager for Best Facility Services, a leading provider of facility management solutions across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Hammett assumes operations responsibilities from founder and CEO Mark Borge, who has led the company’s success since 2004. Borge will continue as a local owner and advisor to the company. Stephen has 13 years of experience and has sold several thousand multifamily units in the Dallas Fort Worth Metropolitan area, and STRIVE is excited to welcome him to the team.

Eliza joined Pagewood in 2023 as Assistant Property Manager and possesses a deep understanding of managing commercial properties effectively. With over eight years of experience, Eliza has comprehensive knowledge of property maintenance, lease agreements, tenant relations, financial reporting, and risk management. She previously worked for Oakleaf Management and Oliver-CRE managing a small team and a portfolio of high-rise, mid-rise, and privately owned office condos.

SSR is pleased to announce that Jonathan Hooser has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager in the Dallas office. With over 18 years of electrical engineering experience, his expertise includes power distribution design, medium voltage system design, emergency and standby generator design, photometric calculations, arc flash, short circuit, and coordination studies. Jonathan has worked in a variety of markets including healthcare, mission critical, commercial, sports, and education.

Pape-Dawson Engineers announces the promotion of Matt B. Garcia to Senior Vice President. Mr. Garcia joined Pape-Dawson in 2018 and has 30 years of experience in business development, operations, and strategic client relations in the engineering industry. He has supported several company-wide initiatives for Pape-Dawson’s Water Resources team and served on several infrastructure programs, ensuring adequate infrastructure is in place to support future growth in North Texas.
