ML Realty Partners is pleased to announce that Sam Abusaad has been promoted to Leasing Director. Sam will continue overseeing leasing activities for the ML Realty Partners’ Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio. Since joining the firm in 2020, his ability to close complex deals has significantly increased portfolio occupancy for ML Realty Partners within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Abusaad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
