Bill’s leadership expertise will be instrumental in growing Texas & the Southeast. He has previously served in C-level leadership roles for Republic Elite, Real Floors & Best Cheer Stone. Allyson recently joined CP Build to spearhead market development nationally. Allyson has 20+ years of experience in brand development and sales in the multifamily cabinet & countertop industries. She has a systematic ability to deliver concepts to: developers, design and pre-con teams. Allyson joins CP following architectural leadership roles at Cabinetworks Group, Republic Elite, & MSI. Known for growing great brands & her entrepreneurial approach Allyson is an amazing addition to CP Build.

Todd Jordan joins Texas Capital as the Austin Market President and leader of Austin Middle Market Banking. With more than 20 years spent living in and serving Austin-based businesses, Jordan will be responsible for delivering best-in-class products and solutions with a strong focus on client service, driving Texas Capital’s strategy and instilling the firm’s culture across Central Texas.

With over 26 years of industry experience, Johnathan Eggeling brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to RO. As Project Director, he plays a pivotal role in every stage of a project, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget. Johnathan is proud of RO’s family-like atmosphere and Texas roots, values he believes distinguish the company. Tim Laczkowski has joined Texas Capital as a Managing Director. Laczkowski will be responsible for leading the firm’s new Direct Lending business, including fund management, underwriting, investment and portfolio management for Texas Capital Direct Lending. Tim brings more than 20 years of debt and equity investing experience to the firm.

Chris Bubela has been promoted to Chief Banking Officer at R Bank, transitioning from his previous role as Chief Lending Officer.
