Marcus & Millichap promoted Keith Lloyd to Senior Vice President Investments in the firm’s Houston office.

Lloyd joined the firm in 2014, and his swift ascent reflects his dedication and expertise. With more than 34 years of experience in commercial real estate, he specializes in office properties and has completed over $240 million in sales since 2014.

Lloyd’s impact on the market has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal, which has named him a ‘Heavy Hitter in the Houston Commercial Real Estate Industry’ three times.

Dallas – SRS Real Estate Partners announced that Michael Kaplan has joined its Dallas-Fort Worth office as a Vice President focused on net lease and multi-tenant investment sales as well as project leasing of retail centers. In this role he will work with the SRS Capital Markets team on the sale of unanchored strip centers and will also work as part of the DFW retail team with a focus on project leasing.

Kaplan brings more than 20 years of real estate, restaurant and hospitality experience, with a client list that includes Crow Holdings, Centennial Real Estate, Store Capital, Rosewood Property Company, Brixton Capital, and Capital Square, among others.
