Stream Realty Partners welcomes Jon Farris as Vice Chairman in Houston office

HOUSTON – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of end-to-end services, announces the return of Jon Farris as Vice Chairman in its Houston office. 

Farris brings decades of industry experience and will focus on industrial tenant representation, transaction management, and new client and business pursuits. In his role, Farris will work alongside Tyler Maner, Managing Director for the Industrial Occupier Services and Landlord Representation division in Stream’s Houston office. Together, they aim to expand the company’s occupier services platform across Houston’s industrial market, leveraging Stream’s presence and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. 

Prior to rejoining Stream, Farris was an Executive Vice President at CBRE, where he advised industrial tenants, buyers, and developers in Houston and beyond. He managed significant assignments ranging from small-scale to over a million square feet, consistently delivering tailored solutions for his clients.

Howard is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
