Strive Promotes Hudson Lambert to Partner

DALLAS, TX – STRIVE, a commercial real estate investment sales firm based in Dallas, Texas, and its Managing Partners Jennifer Pierson and Jason Vitorino are pleased to announce that Hudson Lambert has been promoted to Partner.

Lambert has sold over 60 properties worth over $300 million since joining STRIVE in 2019. He dominates private capital shopping center sales and has established himself as one of the top brokers in this arena in the country.

“This is an incredible opportunity to be a Partner at a boutique company in its early stages that already dominates the investment sales market in Texas,” Lambert said. “I’m extremely thankful for this opportunity and look forward to watching this company gain more momentum and explode in growth.”

The last two years, Hudson has been the top producing agent at the firm. He was just announced as a finalist for DCEO’s Emerging Commercial Real Estate Professional Award. Additionally, from 2021-2022, Lambert has been recognized as a Power Broker for Retail in D Magazine’s CEO Edition.

“Hudson is a great young man who embodies all the characteristics of a top producer,” Vitorino said. “He is already a force in the marketplace, and it is just the beginning. I can’t wait to watch him grow his business, and I am honored to be apart of it. He represents our culture and the pillars of this company in a first-class manner, and it’s guys like him that we care to grow our company with.”

“We have watched Hudson morph from a good guy that everyone likes, into an astute real estate mind with a work ethic that rivals the most determined I have seen,” Pierson said. “He is that rare mix of smart, aggressive, hardworking, and thoughtful. He is a leader who represents us well and takes his role seriously. I am so pleased to bring him on as a partner.”

Lambert played collegiate baseball for two years before graduating magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
