Partners Capital—the investment platform of Partners Real Estate—hires Jess Dickie as Vice President of Acquisitions

Houston, TX, – Partners Capital, the investment platform of Partners Real Estate—one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas—announced that it has hired Jess Dickie as Vice President of Acquisitions in its Dallas office.

In his new role, Mr. Dickie will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring assets for the Partners Capital Opportunity Fund, with a focus on North Texas retail and industrial properties. He will play a significant role in the ongoing growth of the company’s Fund portfolios and execution of investment strategies in Dallas, Partners’s newest geographic location. Mr. Dickie will report directly to Adam Hawkins, Partner at Partners Capital.

Additionally, the Partners Capital team is raising capital for the Partners Opportunity Fund Fund V—which will be a $150 million equity investment vehicle acquiring industrial, retail, and office properties in Texas and the Southeast United States.

Mr. Dickie joins an impressive collective of North Texas real estate professionals who have recently joined Partners in its Dallas office, many of whom were drawn from various competitors due to Partners’ unique entrepreneurial focus and dedication to forward-thinking innovation.

Other recent notable hires by Partners in Dallas include industry veteran Steve Triolet who joined the firm in March to spearhead the company’s thought leadership and research initiatives. Additionally, Hanes Chatham Jr. joined the firm as a Partner after a 12-year stint at Stream Realty Partners. Partners also tapped industry veteran Jerod Hangartner to lead Brokerage Service in Dallas.

Mr. Dickie has nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and joins Partners from WRC Advisors, where he served as Director of Acquisitions. He was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, developing broker and owner relationships, and performing market research and financial modeling.

Partners Capital hires Adam Lair to spearhead new hospitality fund investment strategy

Partners Capital, the investment platform of Partners—one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas—announced that it has hired hospitality expert, Adam Lair to lead its hospitality investment strategy and launch Partners Hospitality Fund I later this year.

In his new role as Managing Director, Mr. Lair will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Hospitality Investment Fund’s operations, including investment strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, asset management, and investor relations.

In her new role, Mrs. Jeffrey will be responsible for managing the operational and leasing functions of Partners’ development projects. She will report directly to Carter Perrin, Partner and Managing Director of Partners Development.

There she established a presence in the Texas market for RESIA, a Miami-based multifamily developer, as they expanded across the United States.
