Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has hiredKelly Landwermeyer, John Kruse and Carter Holmes. They will be based in the firm’s Houston office as part of the industrial team. Landwermeyer and Kruse join as Managing Directors, and Holmes is a Senior Associate.

Landwermeyer brings more than 28 years of experience to the firm as both an owner and third-party service provider including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and new development. Kruse has more than 17 years of experience and has completed more than 600 lease transactions totaling over $300 million in transaction value. With three years of experience, Holmes was most recently a Market Associate at Holt Lunsford, representing both landlords and tenants throughout Greater Houston.
