Partners Real Estate (“Partners”)—one of the largest privately-held and independently-owned full-service commercial real estate firms in the U.S.— announced today that Mark Nicholson has been appointed Managing Director of Property Services. In his new role leading the division, Mr. Nicholson will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entirety of Partners’ property management portfolio throughout Texas and enhancing the execution of the company’s world-class service delivery for its many high-profile client assets.
“Mark’s a strategic thinker whose exceptional
leadership and background in commercial real estate—particularly his deep
expertise in large-scale property management—will help further elevate
Partners’ Property Services capabilities for our current and future
clients,” said Jon Silberman, CEO of Partners. “His impressive track
record and commitment to operational excellence align with our goal to deliver
unparalleled property services and drive significant value for our clients
across all our markets.”
Mr.
Nicholson’s hiring is a testament to Partners’ Property Services division’s
considerable upward momentum. Earlier this year, the company brought on highly
regarded industry veteran Tracy Shuey to lead the firm’s Property Services
operations in San Antonio, a role in which she has quickly excelled in driving
business development and expanding the company’s capabilities and presence in
Central Texas.
Mr. Nicholson brings more than two decades of experience in real estate and property management to his role leading Property Services at Partners. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Real Estate at Group RMC. Prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years at CBRE, holding significant leadership roles, including Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for Property Management in the DFW Metroplex and Senior Managing Director for Asset Services, specializing in office practice across the Americas. His background also includes property management leadership at Cushman & Wakefield and Premisys Real Estate Services.
“Partners’ continued growth in Texas—and into the Southeast Region—has truly captured the industry’s attention, and I’m excited to have the opportunity to step into an executive leadership role, collaborating with such a dynamic and forward-thinking team,” said Mr. Nicholson. “The firm’s commitment to putting clients first deeply resonates with my values. I look forward to leveraging my experience to enhance our property services offerings and drive exceptional results for our clients.”
Partners’ Property Services division manages many notable properties throughout Texas, including industrial properties 5151 Mitchelldale, Old Town Spring Business Park, and Dixie Farm Business Park and office properties 1001 West Loop South, 50 Briar Hollow, and 10777 Northwest Freeway in Houston; Royal Tech Commons Business Park and Kessler Hills Shopping Center in Dallas, and was recently awarded the major property management assignment for the 100,000-sq.-ft. TETCO Center in San Antonio.
