He is known for analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and precise coordination of complex projects. His strong communication skills foster high-performing teams and lasting client relationships, with most work coming from repeat clients.
Dustin earned his Finance degree from Dallas Baptist University and began his career as a licensed financial advisor. His passion for serving clients led him into real estate and, in 2015, to launch ELITE Construction. Through managing his own and clients’ real estate projects, he developed a strong expertise in construction management and project execution.
