Rebees Management Company names COO in Houston office

Real estate company Rebees hired Micah Hart to serve as chief operating officer for the Rebees Management Company. He will be based in the company’s Houston office.

Rebees is a fully vertically integrated firm that invests, develops, re-positions, programs, leases, and manages distinctive mixed-use properties throughout Texas. Chief amongst its portfolio are Autry Park near Houston’s Buffalo Bayou Park, Sugar Land Town Square in one of Houston’s most vibrant suburbs, the re-imagining of downtown Houston’s GreenStreet urban district, and the much-anticipated Henderson Avenue development in Dallas.

In joining RMC, Hart will apply two decades of experience accrued while leading a number of respected CRE management teams at various firms including Parkway, Midway, the Hanover Company, and PM Realty Group. Most recently, Hart served as national director/senior VP of both commercial and multifamily operations for Midway. Hart began his career in real estate with the Hanover Company, where he spent 14 years in a variety of positions.

Hart attended Kansas State University and subsequently attended the University of North Texas after moving to Dallas from Kansas to pursue a career in retail management; he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and finance from UNT.

In the role of COO, Hart will be based in Houston – overseeing operations at Sugar Land Town Square, GreenStreet, and Autry Park – as well as RMC’s growth into the Henderson Avenue development in Dallas and other projects. He will also lead Rebees Management Company’s strategic initiative to launch a multifamily property management platform.
