Dunaway is pleased to announce Darla Payberah as the newest addition to our Dallas team. Darla joins Dunaway as a Client Relationship Manager, bringing over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry and 26 years at TxDOT. Her extensive expertise spans ROW, Utility Coordination/Relocation, Utility Engineering Investigation (UEI), Survey, PS&E, and Design-Build preparation. In her role, she is focused on expanding new opportunities for Dunaway within the Dallas region and beyond.
