University Title Company manager earns distinguished certification

Spring, Texas – University Title Company is proud to announce that Nicole Baker has successfully completed the requirements and passed a rigorous examination to earn the Certified Title Insurance Professional certification. “Attaining professional certification is a prestigious distinction in the title insurance field,” said Leslie Midgley, CAE, executive vice president and CEO of TLTA. “Certification showcases a title professional’s vast knowledge across 28 key subject matter areas and establishes them as an industry expert.”

Ms. Baker has more than thirty years of industry experience gained through a wide range of roles that include escrow officer, branch manager, and division manager with various title companies. She joined University Title Company in 2020 and serves as manager and senior escrow officer for their Spring location, a suburb of Houston.
